Well, unfortunately I did not have my camera with me tonight. I met Debbie at the Olive Garden at 5:30 and we played catch-up and enjoyed some pasta. Afterward, I stopped at Tony and Clarissa's house. I thought I'd keep Tony some company since he is off of work and limited to his activity due to his hand injury. We chatted for a while and shortly after Clarissa came home from work. I enjoyed some tea, crackers, cheese and some peanut butter truffles. mmmmmmmm : ) Had I brought my camera I would have taken a picture of Tony and Clarissa by their Charlie Brown tree, the stocking with the brown tip, and of course my friend, Debbie.

Christmas Part II

We were supposed to have Grandma over on Christmas Day, but we rescheduled due to the weather. So, Troy and I picked Grandma up at 9:00 this morning and we headed to Stockbridge for brunch at Mom and Dad's with the family.

Thanks for the great food Mom and Dad!

I realize I took a lot of pictures of Charlie, but I just couldn't help it!

Clarissa fell victim to Dad's foot tickling. I'm sorry I didn't help you Clarissa, but Scratchy was keeping me warm at the time! By the way, you owe Dad 5 cents, Clarissa!

I love my family!

Christmas with Rose and Pete

Well, the roads were AWFUL today! It took us about an hour and a half to get to Manitowoc!
Once there, we enjoyed some great company and great food. We were sooooo full! We had a really nice time : )

The roads were just as bad, if not worse, on the way home. Around 5:30 Kayla came over for a couple of hours. We had promised to take her out to eat. We let her choose where she wanted to go, and she chose a Chinese Buffet. Just where we wanted to go when we were already FULL. But, it's Christmas, and it made Kayla happy. After eating we headed to Lakeside Park to catch the Light Show. It pretty cool!

Christmas, 2009

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Tom was the first of the siblings to wake up. He immediately informed us of the weather. The driveway was pure ice. So, we all pretty much hung out at the parents until later in the day, when the weather cleared up a bit. Troy and I were supposed to go to Manitowoc for Christmas with his mom this morning, but we ended up postponing for a day.

Mom, here's proof that Andy owes you 50 cents.
When Dad wanders off we usually see things like this.....
Dad was forced to pose by the tree.

Troy and I got home around 5:00 this evening. We opened our gifts from one another and later watched two movies: Four Christmases and The Hangover.

Christmas Eve, 2009

Another great holiday with the family. Generally there is a lot of teasing and laughing.

It seemed like Mom, Dad, Andy, Troy and I waited FOREVER for the rest of the brood to arrive in Stockbridge. FOREVER!
The Christmas Cactus
Dad prepared the Salmon. Yum!
Immediately upon arriving, Tony busted out his terminator gear and made me try it out. The poor guy is supposed to wear this rehabilitation device four hours every day.

When Tom and Amanda FINALLY arrived, we were all able to fight over little Charlie. What a cute puppy. I want one.
How romantic?
Tony also has to wear an ice pack thing on his finger. Troy tries to comfort him.
Scratchy's favorite time of year is Christmas.

AndaClaus refuels and continues handing out presents.

The ashtray.....dun-dun-duuun

Most people would kill to get an autographed Stealth softball.

Scratchy really didn't like Christmas this year!
This is how we know that Christmas Eve is over every year.
