Today was a day set aside for Bridesmaid dress shopping for Amanda and Tom's wedding in October

This is what I walked in to find at Tom and Amanda's apartment

Thanks for the Starbuck's, Clarissa. I owe you one
If only I would have waited another minute!!!!!!!!!

After a successful day of dress shopping, we ate at Uno's

Some last minute things were done in the bathroom today. It has been a long week for all of us. We made another run to the hardware store.

My Katie and Scott
Amanda waited patiently for me
At about 3:30, we headed to some florists to look at wedding flowers
Amanda and I stopped to visit Grandma for about an hour

Today was a big day. Work was done at my house and later at Scott's house. In the evening, there was a night of festivities planned for our bachelor, Scott.

Scott and Katie worked on the "mildew free" shower
Believe it or not, we made it to Scott's house to do a little painting
One wall stayed orange. It looks nice!
We presented Scott with a few bachelor gifts.....a t-shirt, some old cookbooks, etc.
Cooper grabbed the quizno's sub out of my hand. I was irate. How dare he.
Later that night, we picked up the man of the hour and whisked him away to his "bach"elorette party. After all, he's our number one "bach"Pictured here are "people I work with" as some would sayJudy, Scott's girlfriend, and Keri kicked it in the back of the Olds
Scott talks on the phone with his fiance, Katie P. I wonder if Katie knows Judy is in the backseat? The first stop
This is a good picture of Ziegler for next year's special education party invitationsScott tells Keri he wants to start a blog but is afraid it would never live up to the status that our blogs have reached.
Andrew met us out and showed us around Appleton. He is seen pictured with my girls Ziegler and Muffin'
This is what $1.00 gets ( I want my money back)
The Foosball champions of the nightScott looks on in amusement as Keri tries to eat my face
Julie was tag teamed by Scott and Andrew
Scott's a lucky man
Other men dream of being in close proximity to these girls
Mark kicked it with us for a while (notice the identical sweaters? wtf?)
Keri, Scott, and Julie were having good, clean fun
When one of our glasses broke, we were given this show by the bartender
After leaving Appleton, we headed to the Star Bar in Fond du Lac. Oh my God. Anyway, Judy waited out in the car for Scott.
Keri and Katie sang the last song of the night.
We stopped at Taco Bell on the way home and headed to Scott's house. Cooper ate a Quesadilla out of Katie's hand. I was disgusted by this.

The floor was the main focus today. It was a pretty speedy process after renting a wet saw, going back to get a new pump for it, almost getting pulled over in an alley, etc. etc. etc. I guess you had to be there. Also, the majority of the shower was installed this evening. Good times!

Someone get this man a tool belt for his hard work and dedication

A shower update

A trip to Home Depot to buy the shower surround and some other items was on the agenda today. We took Scott's truck. We should have taken the Olds--we may have had more room!

Katie packed in the back of a Saturn Vue. Nothing but a shower surround, tools, and the open road. Oh, not to mention a day of he#@ in front of her.
Today Scott focused on the shower
Katie worked on the floorI kept up with my cellular correspondence
The fumes from the "hole" started to take a toll on our little muffin'. (This did not stop her from cutting some cement board while our leader, Scott, was at track practice)
After track practice Scott returned to confront his nemesis....the shower
At this point, Katie is asking herself why she decided to do this project in the first place.

Thursday, March 20th was the last day of school before spring break started. On this specific day Anderson, Mosher, and I decided to meet over break to do rotating home improvement projects at each other's houses. (I originally wanted a pedestal sink installed in my bathroom. This small project turned into a complete bathroom renovation)

Anderson before the start of the project
Anderson and Mosher: Demo time
Note the devastation
Good Bye 70's style floor tiles. I loathe you.
Scott and Katie thought the shower was disgusting. I didn't think it was that bad
This was the first of many Home Depot/Menards runs
Most people would assume a girl this size wouldn't be able to even lift a hammer. Anderson is an animal. Her upper body strength is that of an Amazon
Anderson brought over her shop vac for clean up. I think she is telling Troy at this point that she didn't have a filter on the vac and thus almost killed my beloved Bagwell with the dust and debris remnants. It's all fun and games...................
Today was our first anniversary!
We celebrated by going to the Melting Pot.
Troy impersonating our waiter. We stopped at the Wells-McNamara house afterwards to give our regards.
Even though we were exhausted when we got home, we made ourselves choke down some of our wedding cake. We washed it down with some muffin' wine.
I noticed Amanda tapping into the wedding cake when she was over. To be honest, I don't like how "close" her and Troy are becoming. I'm surprised Troy wasn't feeding this to her.
